The MHSAA has been busy. See what we have been doing.

November 9th 2015 we sponsored our first Annual Holiday Pasta Supper. This year we will be sponsoring our 3rd Annual Pasta Supper at Anthony’s of Malden on November 25, 2017. It will be a fun night of good food, entertainment, dancing, raffles, prizes and a visit from Santa.

Organized and sponsored Homecoming events in

2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
The 2014 Homecoming was the 55th birthday party for MHS mascot Nedlam, and in 2015 we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Blue and Gold, the school newspaper.

Presented $47,000 in Academic Awards of $1,000 each to graduating seniors in the Classes of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Besides awarding scholarships, the MHSAA fund-raising has provided resources to help former Principal Dana Brown and the current Principal Edward Lombardi to meet the needs of students struggling economically.

Inducted 22 members over three years into the MHSAA Hall of Fame.

Hall of Fame Wall, located on the first floor of the “B” Building at MHS is in the process of being put together with photos of all recipients and the year of their award.

In the fall of 2017 MHSAA is running our first 50/50 Big Raffle to raise money for scholarships.  Raffle Tickets will be sold for $10.  Our goal is to make $5000 in sales.  If we reach our goal the Grand Prize will be $2500.  First Prize will be 2 Red Sox Home Game Tickets for 2018 and Second Prize is a LCD Flatscreen TV ($400 value).  The drawing will be at the            November 25th Pasta Supper Night at Anthony’s of Malden.

Tickets are available by calling the MHSAA office at 781-397-6051.
